For apartment 2 & 6 the basic price is € 2, - per day higher.

On request, a double or single room without breakfast can be booked in addition to your holiday apartment.

For each additional person over 6 years is added to the minimum charge a surcharge of € 18, - per person per day, i. in the apartment 2-4 people paid the 3rd & 4th person the surcharge, in the apartment 4-6 people the 5th & 6th person, children up to 6 years are free.

The tourist tax of EUR 2.95 as well as the mobility fee of EUR 0.50, each per person aged 15 and over, per day, is excluded.

Apartment 2-4 persons: € 40, -
Apartment 4-6 persons: € 45, -

Salzburger Saalachtal Card: Free admission to the Steinbergbad in Lofer (2 minutes on foot from us) and the Alpenbad in Unken during the summer opening hours. Free admission to the Vorderkaserklamm and Seisenbergklamm the Almenwelt Lofer. The entrance to the Lamprechtshöhle. NEW is the entrance to the museum of local history Kalchofengut in Unken.

All prices are for a minimum stay of several days.
For a shorter stay, a surcharge will be added to the above rates.

For cancellations, late arrivals and early departures, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

• Cancellation up to 3 months before arriving is free of charge.
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% cancellation fee
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival we calculate a charge of 90% of the price
• 100% at trip interruption

In all cases we recommend you the holiday-protection of the European travel insurance! Save unnecessary costs in case of an unforeseen illness or a death.
